The Awards

The UK Employee Experience Awards are a unique daytime event that allows businesses from across the UK to compete for the ultimate accolade in the sector of employee experience. These Awards are becoming one of the most important events in the calendar across the UK.

Since its launch 2 years ago, the UK Employee Experience Awards has grown and is now attended by representatives from over 100 companies in various sectors and disciplines, with the Awards Finals being held at the Park Plaza Riverbank, London.

The Awards are judged by panels of independent and respectable business authorities. The scoring methodology and criteria, endorsed by Cranfield School of Management, is available for all to see, as well as the featured benchmarked feedback from the Judges that will be given to all of the entrants once the Awards come to an end.

About the awards

The UK Employee Experience Awards 2017 are an exciting daytime event created to recognise, celebrate and reward the best organisations, teams and individuals in the sector of employee experience. As a vessel for sharing best practice, the Awards enable all who enter to promote their strategies for continuous improvement, learning, and personal development when it comes to their employee management.

The Categories

The UK Employee Experience Awards 2017 recognises and scores the performance in 31 categories across the employee experience sector. Rewarding specific categories, disciplines and individual professionals, as well as their contribution to the continuous improvement of the organisation’s employee experience.

Judging at the awards

The judging system relies on a team of experienced Judges that will apply industry knowledge and a vast set of category-specific skills to the assessment of every entry. The judging process is transparent, impartial and independent.All the entries go through the scoring process that ultimately decides whether or not it is worthy of an Award.
