Journey to the finals

Journey to the finals

As soon as you’ve decided to enter, your exciting awards journey will begin…

Step 1

Choose your category(ies)and complete your official online entry form

Choose the category(ies) most suited to your initiative, make your payment and receive the link to our online nomination portal. Gather your team together and collate all the evidence you need to prove how your team have made a real difference. Remember, you will need to transform your entry into a presentation to the judging panel should you be shortlisted as a finalist.

Step 2

Submit your online entry form

Once your entry form is complete you will need to “submit your entry” on the online portal. Don’t forget to upload your supporting material (no more than 5MB).

Step 3

Wait to hear if your entry has been shortlisted

Once entries have closed, your submission will be assessed to see if it has got what it takes to make it through to the awards finals. The shortlist of finalists will be announced on 20th December 2017. The finalists will be invited to present and compete at the awards finals on 22nd March 2018 at Park Plaza Riverbank, London.

Step 4

Prepare yourself for the awards finals

It’s now time to decide how to bring your entry to life at the awards finals in readiness for your live presentation to the judging panel.

Step 5

Book your place at the awards finals

Bring as many of your team members along as you can! This is a great way to bring your pitch to life as well as giving you a chance to say "thank you" for all their hard work!

BOOK YOUR PLACE

Whilst you are booking your seats, your original entry submission will be judged online by the judging panel prior to the awards finals.

Step 6

The awards finals

Present your initiative to a live judging panel in the morning and use the opportunity to attend as many open finalist presentations as you can! Start the afternoon with a drinks reception and the chance to network with like minded employee experience enthusiasts. It is then time to enjoy a gala luncheon whilst discovering who the winners of each category are during the awards ceremony. We will then announce the overall best employee experience of the year award.

Step 7

Receive your evaluation feedback report

After the awards finals, we will collate all of the scores and feedback from judges to produce your evaluation feedback report. The evaluation feedback report will highlight how the judges scored your entry and your presentation, as well as how these scores compared to those of other finalists in your category. It will include all of the comments provided by the judges based upon both your written entry and your live presentation at the awards finals.

Your journey doesn’t end here though… whether you’re a finalist or a winner, make sure you share your success both internally and externally.
