Robert Isaac Ltd
I think it’s a big driver of engagement and recognition within the organisation, so not just the entry, but being here and bringing people right through the organisation. Right down to the teams at the front line, in fact, most importantly at the front line, being here and having a day away from the business and celebrating what they have done.
There are 11 categories to choose from this year. They encompass a range of different organisations: B2C and B2B, public sector and private, SMEs and large corporations. We also have categories to recognise EX excellence from teams and individuals. There’s no limit to the number of categories you can enter!
