12 years ago, we founded the UK Customer Experience Awards, and since then we've established other world-class programmes, including the UK Employee Experience Awards, International Customer Experience Awards, and the International Business Excellence Awards.

In the covid era, we pioneered the Live Online event format, providing a digital platform to continue celebrating the very best business initiatives the world has to offer. And now, with the public health situation improving, we’re delighted to be returning to live events.
