He has lived and worked in the UK and Australia and led the Employee Engagement practice of a global consulting organisation. A business psychologist by background, he is a skilled facilitator, presenter, trainer and consultant who is dedicated to making work a better place. He is director and a founder of Feedback Works which helps businesses unlock value from their employee feedback programmes.
