Jeremy is Head of EMEA CX Consulting and Insights at MaritzCX, an InMoment company and has over 20 years’ experience designing best practice customer experience management programmes. Through his rich knowledge of quantitative methods and CX best practices he advises clients from a wide range of sectors, including Automotive, Financial Services, Hospitality and Technology etc., focussing on insight and data driven decision making. He has a particular passion to integrate employee experience and customer experience to drive performance improvement. Jeremy holds a PhD. in Ecology and Statistics from Imperial College, London. He is also a member of the MRS and ESOMAR.
