Cilla joined Babington in 2019 as Executive Director of Learning and Transformation with over 25 years’ experience in leading and growing learning and consultancy business and in October 2020 took on the role of Executive Director Of Customer Engagement and People. She is passionate about delivering real results in transformational leadership, performance development, cultural change and employee engagement together with a focus on creating innovative and engaging learning that places our employers and learners at the heart of what we do. Over the last 25 years, as Managing Director of her own consultancy business, a Consultant and an Executive Leader, she has worked in partnership with a range of high-profile clients across a variety of markets, sectors and geographies. She has delivered performance improvement, sales and service transformation, culture and change management within learning, financial services, automotive, retail, telecoms and technology. Cilla is proud to be now be working for an organisation which is focused on developing better futures and bring agility, energy and focus to ensure that the business continues to evolve and develop to meet the future needs for learning.
