Seema is an accomplished and results-driven HR Director with over 20 years of experience in working with start-ups to large multinational complex organisations across varied industries including but not limited to Information Technology, Marketing, Education and FMCG etc.
Her core expertise is in change management, developing performance driven culture, commitment to corporate social responsibility and SLT development.
Her extensive experience encompasses design, led and managed implementation of an award-winning HR transformation model for her company, GIMO. This has been well rewarded at EXA’21 where GIMO won a silver award for being an “Employee Centric Company” and was shortlisted as finalists in a further two categories "Best Company to Work For - SME" and "Employee Reward & Recognition".
Apart from focusing on her exceptional work, Seema also believes in developing the future of HR so they can be better equipped to face the upcoming changes. She does so by being part of curriculum advisors panel of London South Bank University.
